Executive Summary

Rooted Software is pleased to offer recurring schedule migration services as directed by <Partner>. The Scope of Work is detailed below and applies only to the following <Partner> client and legacy gateway provider(s):

Scope of Work

Provide le drop form to <Partner> and/or <Partner> client for submitting files related to recurring schedule migration
Gather requirements from <Partner> and/or <Partner> client for preparing the recurring schedule import file
Prepare recurring schedule import file according to import template provided by <Partner>
Deliver completed file to <Partner> using preferred file share method
Manage communication related to recurring schedule migration between gateway providers and <Partner> client as requested by <Partner>

The following services are considered out of scope under this agreement:

Training and/or consulting in <Partner> or other software platforms
Preparation of other import files not related to the recurring schedule migration (i.e., offline gift import, etc.)
Data cleaning requiring the use of third-party validation services (i.e., email address verification, address standardization, etc.)
File export assistance by logging into <Partner> client’s legacy systems

Project Timeline

Project can commence 3 business days from contract execution.
Project will be considered complete after tokenization is complete and the schedule file is successfully imported by the <Partner> Engineering team.
